Do you offer custom tours?

Yes we offer custom day tours. Just about anything is possible. Contact us at info@pickmeup.is and we will tailor a perfect day tour suited to your needs.

Who are your drivers?

Our drivers are all professionals with years of experience. They have a wast knowledge about the destinations we offer and we can guarantee you a comfortable and relaxing experience. We take great pride and joy in delivering a personal and professional service to our clients.

What is included in the tours?

Included in our tours is your private driver and a car with high standard.  Our carfleet is brand-new and our drivers have years of  experience in the field.

What language do your driver’s guide in?

Our drivers guide in English.

Is it possible to book a guide in other languages than English?

Yes! It is possible to book other languages than English through our custom tours. We always try our best to tailor to our clients needs. Please send us an email to info@pickmeup.is and we will help you with your request.

Is it possible to cancel a booking that has already been paid?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking after it has been paid. Please send us an email to info@pickmeup.is with your booking number and name. We will get right back to you.

I booked the wrong date, can I change my booking?

Yes of course you can change your booking. Please send us an e-mail to info@pickmeup.is with your booking number and name. Please write all the details you want us to change and we’ll help you right away.

Do the prices on your website include tips for the staff?

No, our prices do not include tips to our staff. Tips are not needed in Iceland, as salary are high enough to live off. If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to tip our staff. I’m sure they would love that.

Can you send me an invoice for tips so I don’t have to take cash with me on the tour?

No, unfortunately we can not send out an invoice for tips. Tips are not needed in Iceland, as salary are high enough to live off. If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to give our staff a tip, they will definitely be thankful but you absolutely don’t have to give tips.

I have lost my booking confirmation, can I still take the tour?

Yes of course you can, you have paid for it. Please send us an e-mail to info@pickmeup.is with your name and departure date and we’ll send you the confirmation e-mail again.

Do I need a ticket to use the service?

No you do not need a ticket to take your tour. We recommend that you have your booking number written down in case we will ask for it, for example due to two or more cars picking up at the same spot. It is enough to have the booking number, you do not need anything else.

How do I book a custom tour, a tour that is not on the website?

Please send us an email to info@pickmeup.is with your idea and we will help you right away. Anything is possible, but keep in mind we have a maximum of 24 hour tour duration!

Prior to booking the tour we will give you a price offer, which you can then accept or decline, completely your choice and free of charge.
