Yes, it is possible to cancel a booking after it has been paid. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking number and name. We will get right back to you.

Yes of course you can change your booking. Please send us an e-mail to email@example.com with your booking number and name. Please write all the details you want us to change and we’ll help you right away.
No, our prices do not include tips to our staff. Tips are not needed in Iceland, as salary are high enough to live off. If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to tip our staff. I’m sure they would love that.
No, unfortunately we can not send out an invoice for tips. Tips are not needed in Iceland, as salary are high enough to live off. If you are satisfied with the service, you are welcome to give our staff a tip, they will definitely be thankful but you absolutely don’t have to give tips.
Yes of course you can, you have paid for it. Please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and departure date and we’ll send you the confirmation e-mail again.
No you do not need a ticket to take your tour. We recommend that you have your booking number written down in case we will ask for it, for example due to two or more cars picking up at the same spot. It is enough to have the booking number, you do not need anything else.
